Sarah Jessica Parker (born on March 25, 1965) is an American actress and producer. She is famous for her role as Carrie Bradshaw on the TV series, Sex and the City, performance that earned her four Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Emmy Awards.
Parker was born in Nelsonville, Ohio, being one of eight children. She studied singing and ballet. She move with her family to Cincinnati, Ohio and then to Dobbs Ferry, New York, close to New York City, where she started her career as a child actress. She attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, the School of American Ballet, Dwight Morrow High School as well as the Professional Children’s School, Hollywood High School in Los Angeles, California.
